Bremen Pack 256 Photo Album

Welcome to the official website of Cub Scout Pack 256 of Bremen, Indiana. We are affiliated with the Algonquian District of the Lasalle Council. Pack 256 provides fun activities for boys ages 6-10 or in grades 1-5 that encourage positive values and good character while fostering goodwill and supporting our community. The scouts participate in various activities, including camping, hiking, fishing, bowling, swimming and much more.

The ten purposes of Cub Scouting are: Character Development, Spiritual Growth, Good Citizenship, Sportsmanship, Family Understanding, Respectful Relationships, Personal Achievement, Friendly Service, Fun and Adventure, and Boy Scout Preparation.

Apart from the fun and excitement of Cub Scout activities, the Cub Scout Promise, the Law of the Pack, and the Cub Scout sign, handshake, motto, and salute all teach good citizenship and contribute to a boy's sense of belonging.

If a boy joins Cub Scouting as a Wolf, Bear, or Webelos, he must earn the Bobcat award first.
